What you will do

• Support marketing campaigns across publicity, budgeting, media planning, and influencer marketing.
• Coordinate and execute briefings and handle relationships with marketing and PR agencies.
• Plan and execute fan screenings and other select promotional events.
• Facilitate communication with the Head Offices in Los Angeles and London.
• Prepare reporting, including filmmaker presentations and post-campaign analysis.
• Provide administrative support (purchase orders, invoice tracking) and serve as an on-ground runner at film premieres.

Requirements

• First professional experience in a marketing, publicity, or communications role, ideally within an international enterprise.
• Strong fluent communication skills in both English and German (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to remain organized and reliable in high-pressure, stressful situations.
• A deep passion for film and cinema.
