What you will do

• Manage and execute monthly editorial calendars across multiple social media platforms for European markets.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver content aligned with brand messaging and KPIs.

• Analyze platform performance and generate actionable insights to optimize future social strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including content, strategy, and paid media departments.
• Support live events on-site, managing real-time content for brand amplification.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in social media and agency environments.
• Fluency in English and German is required for business communication.
• Proven project management skills, particularly in agency settings managing client expectations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-market social media setups.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Emplifi or Sprinklr.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office for reporting and presentations.
