What you will do

• Develop strategies and pitch decks for influencer programs to solve client business problems.
• Lead and manage junior team members and oversee resource allocation.
• Establish and maintain genuine relationships with influencers ranging from micro to celebrity levels.
• Negotiate influencer fees and manage campaign budgets.
• Oversee profiling processes to ensure diverse and target-audience-aligned influencer selection.
• Lead the planning, execution, and performance tracking of influencer events and activations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant influencer experience in Marketing and Social space.
• Strong social strategic background, ideally within an agency environment.
• Proven team leadership and resource management experience.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential.
• Must be based in Berlin for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
