What you will do

• Take ownership of high-end compositing for shots and sequences, ensuring visual consistency and quality.
• Define and implement best practices for integrating AI-generated elements into cinematic workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to junior and mid-level compositing artists.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and CG teams to establish scalable, artist-friendly production pipelines.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and advise on their practical application within the studio environment.
• Manage shot setup, color management, and technical standards within Nuke.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory (no sponsorship provided).
• Extensive professional experience as a Senior Compositor in VFX or high-end creative production.
• Expert-level proficiency in Foundry Nuke and modern compositing workflows.
• Proven leadership experience in mentoring talent and building collaborative teams.
• Deep understanding of color science, EXR workflows, and multi-pass compositing.
• Strong eye for detail, lighting, realism, and visual continuity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nuke Studio or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of editorial finishing workflows.
• Experience with ShotGrid or similar tracking software.
