What you will do

• Create high-quality character art assets under the guidance of the Lead Character Artist.
• Collaborate with Concept Art, Technical Animation, Tech Art, and Code teams to ensure asset quality and performance.
• Follow character design concepts accurately and address necessary deviations with leadership.
• Support cinematic production by modifying or creating specific character assets for narrative effects.
• Adhere to technical requirements to maintain rendering quality in the game engine and pre-rendered cutscenes.
• Prototype new technologies and create technical documentation and guides.

Requirements

• Proven ability to create high-quality game characters.
• Deep understanding of the game art pipeline.
• Practical experience working within a game engine.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be located in or be able to work from the UK.
