What you will do

• Act as the primary technical resource for image and 2D pipeline inquiries across the studio.
• Support editorial and story teams with panel ingestion, tracking, and export workflows.
• Manage playlists and cuts for both internal animation teams and external vendors.
• Integrate and improve third-party review tools to ensure an accessible review experience.
• Configure burn-ins, slates, and HUDs to support transcoding and automation.
• Support colour workflows, including the configuration of OCIO.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of image manipulation and data orchestration for VFX or feature animation.
• Strong command of core editorial tools including Avid and openRV.
• Proficiency in exchange formats such as AAF, XML, and OTIO.
• Skilled in Python and Qt development.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Experience working with both internal teams and external vendors.

Nice to have

• Experience with FLIX or C++.
• Knowledge of AI for image processing.
• Understanding of production management tools.
