What you will do

• Own major game features end-to-end to deliver polished, player-first visual experiences.
• Collaborate within cross-functional feature teams including designers, developers, technical artists, and producers.
• Translate broad problems into clear visual solutions while adhering to established visual pillars.
• Propose enhancements to pipelines, style guides, and shared resources to improve quality and consistency.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to facilitate effective information sharing.
• Support and mentor other artists to elevate the overall quality of the team.

Requirements

• Strong concept art skills with a deep understanding of composition and color.
• Experience creating high-quality 2D vector characters and environments in a stylized game art style.
• Ability to produce simple 3D models and basic rendering to support production workflows.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, including the ability to create simple rigs and animations.
• A portfolio demonstrating these skills is strictly required.
• Strong cross-disciplinary communication and organizational skills for managing scope and estimates.
