Assembly Technician II (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform intermediate assembly tasks including mechanical assembly, soldering, and die bonding.
• Operate pneumatic machinery and perform assembly operations under a microscope.
• Conduct inline testing and inspection using measuring instruments and electrical test equipment.
• Install finished assemblies into cases and packing materials.
• Perform repair and rework operations following approved written procedures.
• Cross-train on various programs within the facility.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of electronics assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Post-secondary diploma or certificate in a related discipline.
• Must be available to work the day shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical work instructions.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in ISO 9001, 14001, or 13485 certified environments.
• Experience with FDA QSR compliant manufacturing.
