What you will do

• Lead and manage the production team to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.
• Coordinate workforce and resources while monitoring project progress and delivery timelines.
• Establish and enforce operational standards and procedures.
• Lead change management initiatives and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards in the production environment.
• Manage employees in accordance with HR policies and union agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in continuous improvement and knowledge of Lean principles.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in production.
• Bilingual French-English proficiency required.
• Must be based in or able to work in Montreal (St. Laurent).
