What you will do

• Provide technical leadership on design and standards, including training and mentoring of the team.
• Lead support for system and network infrastructure including switches, routers, load balancers, firewalls, compute, storage, and virtualization.
• Manage high-risk changes and act as a primary liaison between TechOps, Engineering, Architecture, and InfoSec.
• Align network solutions with business strategic plans and coordinate capacity planning and hardware tuning.
• Provide regular reports on network usage, security, and service levels to the CTO office.
• Coordinate and conduct periodic testing of a comprehensive Network Disaster Recovery Plan.

Requirements

• 11+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Network environments.
• 6+ years of experience as a technical lead or architect.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks WAN/LAN technologies.
• Strong knowledge of VXLAN, BGP, and L4-L7 load balancer technologies.
• Experience managing day-to-day data center operations and network security, including NAC and certificate management.
• Scripting experience using Bash, PowerShell, Perl, or Python.
