What you will do

• Lead design and standards for Technical Operations, providing mentoring and training to the team.
• Develop and implement complex technical solutions to solve business problems across hybrid multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise environments.
• Support critical network infrastructure including switches, routers, load balancers, firewalls, compute, and storage.
• Manage high-risk changes and coordinate between Engineering, Architecture, InfoSec, and Production Support.
• Develop and test a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure business continuity.
• Report on network usage, security, and service levels directly to the CTO office.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level system/network design and support.
• 10+ years of experience working within Cloud environments.
• 5+ years of experience as a technical lead or architect.
• Expertise with Palo Alto Firewalls/Panorama and Juniper switching and routing products.
• Advanced knowledge of VXLAN, EVPN, OSPF, and BGP routing protocols.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Perl, or Python).

Nice to have

• Experience with authentication technologies like LDAP, Active Directory, and RADIUS.
• Strong background in Windows Server and Linux administration.
