What you will do

  • Own the full P&L, business strategy, and go-to-market execution for the new business unit.
  • Lead early-stage business development, sales efforts, and client relationship building.
  • Define and iterate on the end-to-end customer offering, combining technology, AI, and managed CRM services.
  • Operate in founder mode to build the operating playbook and scale the business model.
  • Execute hands-on across all functions, from sales and delivery to operational problem-solving.
  • Build and lead the initial team as the business grows and proves its value.

Requirements

  • Must be based in NYC.
  • Proven leadership experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing services/consulting environments.
  • Strong background in business development, commercial initiatives, or launching new service offerings.
  • Strategic thinker with a highly execution-oriented mindset and ability to own P&L.
  • Founder-mode mindset: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
