What you will do

• Design, implement, and support a hybrid multi-cloud ecosystem across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Own lifecycle management, capacity planning, and high-priority incident and change management.
• Act as a technical liaison between TechOps, Engineering, Architecture, and InfoSec.
• Develop technical documentation, engineering drawings, and written procedures.
• Coordinate software and appliance upgrades with external vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of enterprise-level network support experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3/4/7 switching, routing, and application delivery.
• Proficiency with BGP, VXLAN, VLAN, QoS, LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Scripting experience using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Perl.
• Experience with network security, certificate management, and Disaster Recovery planning.
