What you will do

• Execute booking and documentation processes with clients and carriers.
• Troubleshoot shipment exceptions and manage escalations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with account management and planning teams to ensure effective end-to-end export processes.
• Plan and execute special freight operations including dangerous goods and reefer shipments.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of new procedures and systems to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and process-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to challenge the status quo.
• Flexibility to work outside office hours, including occasional weekends or night shifts.
