What you will do

• Facilitate the SAFe Scrum framework, ensuring development teams follow agile principles to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
• Remove impediments and foster collaboration between development teams, Application Responsibles (ARs), and technical leads.
• Lead system enhancements and defect analysis, translating highly technical issues for non-technical audiences.
• Prepare critical documentation, including User Requirements Specifications, Functional Specifications, and User Guides.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders across finance and business change engineering to drive IT delivery and plan timelines.
• Drive and review technical and architectural designs, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT delivery lead experience specifically within the Banking domain.
• Strong working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, with a preference for SAFe.
• Solid computer science foundation in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design.
• Proven experience leading requirement and impact analysis for large, complex projects.
• Experience implementing best practices such as TDD, CI/CD, or DevOps.
• Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
