What you will do

• Independently lead clinical projects, managing budgets, scope, and financial objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and liaise with C-level management.
• Provide total project management across all functional areas, including data management, safety, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.
• Prepare project status updates, identify key deliverables, and manage performance metrics and escalations.
• Develop and review study documentation, including protocols, project plans, informed consents, and site contracts.

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences or a related qualification.
• At least 4 years of full-service Project Management experience within a CRO industry.
• Proven experience managing studies within Oncology.
• Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Must be based in Slovakia.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
