What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming incidents, performing triage, categorization, and prioritization.
  • Manage the end-to-end incident lifecycle, providing clear functional documentation for the engineering team.
  • Monitor open incidents against agreed SLAs and flag risks early to ensure service stability.
  • Configure and maintain KPI dashboards to provide an accurate picture of service performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, ensuring professional and calm communication.
  • Facilitate the link between non-technical users and the engineering team.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of ITIL-based incident management (triage, prioritization, escalation, and closure).
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams in an enterprise context.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail regarding logs and handoffs.
  • Must be based in or around Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ITSM tooling such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or OpenText SMAX.
  • Experience with KPI dashboarding tools like Power BI or Looker.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent formal training.
  • Background in application support or managed services.
