What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming incidents, performing triage, categorization, and prioritization.
- Manage the end-to-end incident lifecycle, providing clear functional documentation for the engineering team.
- Monitor open incidents against agreed SLAs and flag risks early to ensure service stability.
- Configure and maintain KPI dashboards to provide an accurate picture of service performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, ensuring professional and calm communication.
- Facilitate the link between non-technical users and the engineering team.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of ITIL-based incident management (triage, prioritization, escalation, and closure).
- Experience collaborating with technical teams in an enterprise context.
- Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail regarding logs and handoffs.
- Must be based in or around Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ITSM tooling such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or OpenText SMAX.
- Experience with KPI dashboarding tools like Power BI or Looker.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent formal training.
- Background in application support or managed services.
