What you will do

• Perform set-ups and run parts on a CNC lathe with milling capabilities to close tolerances, fine finishes, and complex geometry.
• Inspect all work performed, adjust gaging equipment, and detect unusual conditions or deviant parts.
• Interpret complex drawings, including GD&T blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets.
• Produce mission-critical components used in flight-critical systems for aerospace innovation and national defense.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist working on machines with Mill capabilities.
• Must be able to participate in the F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program (Safety Sensitive Work).
• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions in English.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated working knowledge of G-Code.
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls.
