What you will do

• Lead and coach cross-functional teams to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Train Six Sigma Green Belts, Lean Leaders, and Sponsors in continuous improvement methods.
• Execute DMAIC projects aligned with business objectives to improve process flow, quality, and cost savings.
• Identify and track Lean and Six Sigma projects through regular leadership reviews to monitor progress.
• Use statistical analysis tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Chelmsford, MA
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience leading and coaching improvement teams.
• 3+ years of proven experience with significant contributions to continuous improvement activities.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab.
