What you will do

• Lead day-to-day campaign operations and establish efficient cross-functional workflows to ensure project success.
• Mentor and develop team members through robust career pathing and goal setting.
• Deliver accurate pricing plans for pre-sale work and optimize budgets for post-sale execution.
• Deepen client partnerships and identify new commercial and upsell opportunities.
• Implement media and detailed measurement strategies in collaboration with Measurement and Paid Amp teams.
• Present work to clients as an expert storyteller and stay current with creator economy trends.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience within an agency or brand environment.
• Proven track record of program delivery and account growth for large customer accounts.
• Experience managing teams, including professional development and motivation.
• Solid understanding of the creator economy and social media advertising ecosystem.
• Must be based in London for the hybrid work model.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
