What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain plant electrical distribution systems to provide power for machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions of machines and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime.
• Mount components on chassis/panels, install wiring harnesses, and test/calibrate circuits for reliable operation.
• Identify and initiate improvements to the functionality of facilities equipment to increase overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with supervisory staff to evaluate critical situations and propose corrective actions.
• Act as a team leader for senior-level assignments to ensure work meets agreed targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 8+ years of related electrical experience.
• Knowledge and experience working with electrical systems ranging from 24 volts up to 4kV.
• Ability to work a non-standard shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Thu, Fri, Sat, and every other Wed).
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Irvine, California.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or technical degree.
