What you will do

• Drive expansion strategy through market sizing, competitor analysis, and business case modelling to recommend entry modes.
• Own the commercial GTM approach, including target assortment, pricing, brand positioning, and local marketing.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams involving sourcing, operations, customs, legal, tax, and tech to ensure launch readiness.
• Manage post-launch KPIs and develop playbooks to continuously improve growth and profitability.
• Conduct customer surveys to understand local needs and ensure a flawless customer experience from day one.
• Prepare strategic recommendations and align stakeholders at the senior leadership level.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business building, strategy, or consulting.
• Proven track record in commercial or marketing functions, ideally within consumer or lifestyle businesses.
• Strong analytical skills for building financial models and structuring complex, ambiguous problems.
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to drive topics independently from analysis through implementation.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
