Location: Must be based in Finland, Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands. Regular international travel is required (1-2 times per month).

What you will do

• Hold full E2E profit and loss responsibility for the Horizontal Transportation business line.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for product development, go-to-market, and sales in alignment with Group strategy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team of approximately 300 employees.
• Manage the business line’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through comprehensive market analysis and customer feedback.
• Oversee the product portfolio and roadmap for Straddle Carriers, AGVs, and software solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in industrial engineering, electrical/automation engineering, business administration, IT, or a comparable field.
• At least 10 years of senior leadership experience within an OEM environment, ideally in the ports industry.
• Must be based in Finland, Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands.
• Proven track record in developing long-term strategies and managing large-scale automation projects.
• Profound business acumen and strong financial, commercial, and contractual knowledge.
• Willingness for regular international travel.
