What you will do

• Design and deploy self-healing data ingestion pipelines with automated anomaly detection and schema evolution.
• Build robust integration layers for enterprise platforms including SAP (S/4HANA, Ariba, BRIM, ME), Workday, and Salesforce CRM.
• Develop comprehensive telemetry and automated remediation strategies to monitor data quality and pipeline health in near real time.
• Ensure enterprise data is cleaned, structured, and served in an AI-ready format for reliable interaction by AI agents.
• Modernize data architecture to handle high-volume cross-functional synchronization while maintaining strict security and governance standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Data Engineering with extensive experience building production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, and frameworks like Airflow or Argo.
• Proven ability to work with large-scale enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Experience building self-healing systems with circuit breakers, automated retry logic, and robust error-handling.
• Ability to design scalable, modular architectures that abstract complex enterprise systems into clean data models.
• Workplace: Hybrid presence required in Foster City, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience using LLMs to automate data reconciliation or anomaly detection within pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
