What you will do

• Drive the long-term data strategy for the Rentals Shopping pillar using analysis of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
• Elevate statistical rigor, modeling, and experimentation practices to enable high-confidence decision-making.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design leaders to translate analysis into actionable business strategies.
• Lead analytical and modeling work for rental search relevance, ranking, and personalization.
• Design and guide robust A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to measure feature impact.
• Apply modern AI, including LLMs and agentic workflows, to improve model quality and scale user-facing solutions.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, advanced modeling, and experimentation in consumer-facing tech.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience applying statistical modeling (causal inference, time series) in big data environments like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Proven track record of shaping product roadmaps and driving business outcomes via data insights.
• Must be based in the United States.
