What you will do

• Perform set-ups and operate CNC lathes with milling capabilities to achieve close tolerances and complex geometries.
• Interpret complex drawings, including GD&T blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets.
• Inspect all produced work, adjusting gaging equipment and detecting deviant parts or blueprint errors.
• Work under minimum supervision to plan workflows and solve technical problems within the machining cell.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Buffalo, NY
• At least 4 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with Lathe and Mill machines.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of G-Code.
• Ability to understand and apply technical work instructions in English.
• Requirement: Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Fanuc controls.
• Experience with B axis Mill Turns featuring main and sub spindles.
