What you will do

• Manufacture complex, high-precision components using CNC lathes with milling capabilities.
• Perform set-ups and run parts to close tolerances, fine finishes, and complex geometry.
• Inspect all work performed, adjust gaging equipment, and detect deviant parts or errors in blueprints.
• Interpret complex drawings, including GD&T blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets.
• Solve technical problems and assist in work planning within the production cell under minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Buffalo, NY.
• At least 4 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably with Lathe and Mill machines.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of G-Code.
• High School diploma or GED (or demonstrated ability to apply instructions in English and perform basic math).
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Fanuc controls.
• Experience with B axis Mill Turns with main and sub spindle.
