Salary: $60,000 per year, plus participation in a sales incentive program based on exceeding sales targets.

What you will do

• Conduct strategic prospecting and outreach by phone, email, and social media.
• Research high-potential leads and engage key decision-makers in conversations about their needs.
• Manage the top of the sales funnel from initial prospecting through setting and confirming qualified meetings.
• Apply consultative sales, prospecting, and relationship-building techniques.
• Adapt messaging and sales strategies using market feedback and performance data.
• Build the foundation for future progression into a commercial role managing a territory and closing deals.

Requirements

• Competitive, goal-oriented, curious, and receptive to coaching.
• Resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to handle challenging conversations.
• Strong relationship-building and rapport skills.
• Data awareness, attention to detail, and strong organization.
• Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework preferred.
• One year of experience in cold calling, outbound customer contact, lead generation, prospect qualification, or a quota-driven environment preferred.
