Senior Creator Marketing Manager: Lead creator marketing across the RuneScape franchise with an accent on end-to-end campaign strategy and execution. Location: Cambridge, England, United Kingdom (hybrid). Applicants should be based (or be willing to relocate) within a comfortable commuting distance to attend onsite as required.

What you will do
- Develop creator marketing strategies for RuneScape, Old School RuneScape, and RuneScape: Dragonwilds.
- Own end-to-end creator campaigns: briefing, budgeting, creator selection, negotiation, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Build campaigns across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator platforms.
- Maintain long-term, authentic creator relationships that extend beyond individual campaigns.
- Drive business outcomes such as Membership growth, downloads, wishlists, and player acquisition using clear KPIs.
- Partner with Paid Media teams and external agencies/networks while measuring results and sharing actionable insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in creator & influencer marketing within the gaming industry.
- Strong network of creators, agencies, talent managers, and industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver creator campaigns from concept through performance reporting with measurable commercial results.
- Experience owning creator marketing budgets and optimizing spend against acquisition/conversion/ROI KPIs.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing creator partnerships.
- Right to work in the UK with permanent eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.
