What you will do

• Own day-to-day delivery of the organic social content plan and maintain a consistent brand personality across organic platforms.
• Source sports and cultural insights and turn them into engaging, highly shareable social content that builds community.
• Manage influencer and creator relationships and ensure clear briefs to amplify hirify.global’s unique product offering.
• Develop and execute digital PR initiatives to earn high-quality media coverage, brand mentions, and authoritative backlinks.
• Partner with the internal SEO Manager and agency to align organic social and digital PR with search strategies and keyword visibility.
• Monitor social trends, community sentiment, and channel analytics to refine the organic strategy and identify new creative opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in organic social media, influencer marketing, or digital PR.
• Deep understanding of what drives organic growth and engagement across major platforms (Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Experience or strong understanding of how organic social and PR intersect with SEO and broader performance marketing.
• Confident agency and talent management experience (influencers, creators, and PR partners).
• Strong writing skills for punchy, platform-native copy.
