TL;DR

Solution Architect (AI): Designing and implementing secure, scalable agentic AI and GenAI solutions for regulated enterprises in financial services and healthcare with an accent on bridging the gap between AI pilots and production-ready systems. Focus on translating business objectives into cloud and data architectures, owning the presales process, and advising C-level stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in or willing to be based in the Bay Area (US)

Compensation: $275K – $350K OTE

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for West Coast enterprise customers from initial conversation to deployment.
  • Design secure, scalable agentic AI/GenAI architectures that translate business objectives into technical specifications.
  • Own the end-to-end presales process, including solutioning, sizing, and technical proposal writing.
  • Partner with the delivery team to ensure strategy alignment without managing hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • 6-15 years of experience in solution architecture or a similar field.
  • Deep industry expertise in Financial Services (FSI) or Life Sciences.
  • Proven presales experience, including solutioning, sizing, and proposal writing.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI or GenAI use cases and enterprise architecture patterns.
  • AWS experience required (Azure or GCP acceptable); familiarity with Kubernetes, VMware, or OpenShift is a plus.
  • Based in or willing to be based in the Bay Area with openness to self-directed travel.
