What you will do

• Lead the definition and implementation of the enterprise architectural data vision and data mesh products.
• Advise executive leadership and cross-functional partners on a unified data platform for advanced analytics and AI/ML.
• Guide a community of senior domain and data architects by establishing reference architectures and standards.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation by enforcing rigorous data modeling, lineage, and quality standards.
• Facilitate strategic discussions regarding data sovereignty and residency patterns across global jurisdictions.
• Partner on high-impact initiatives and RFPs to ensure technology decisions align with the strategic data vision.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience acting at the Staff Enterprise level for a large organization.
• 10+ years leading large-scale data transformations with an emphasis on AI coding and governance.
• Expertise in modern data architectures, including cloud data warehouses, event streaming, and semantic layers.
• Proven track record of establishing data modeling, governance, and quality standards (lineage, catalog, SLAs).
• Must be based in the US (salary tiers are specific to US locations).
• Expert-level AI fluency, including regular use of LLM assistants (e.g., Claude) for research, modeling, and documentation.
