TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $100,000–$130,000

What you will do

  • Design and deploy scalable enablement programs tailored for the partner ecosystem to improve seller performance.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of initiatives from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment to results tracking.
  • Optimize and maintain the Partner Resource Library, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and the Partner Portal.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and GTM partners to align programs with key priorities and product launches.
  • Ensure consistent branding and visual polish across all formats, including slide decks and one-pagers.
  • Track and report on program success metrics, leveraging data to iterate on content effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or L&D, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of delivering enablement programs that improve sales productivity.
  • Strong visual design ability with proficiency in Google Slides, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using AI tools to augment day-to-day operations and enhance resource quality.
  • Foundational knowledge of Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, and Data Security (DLP or Security Posture Management).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with sales tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Highspot, Clari, Seismic, IMPartner, or Moodle.
