Senior Product Manager (Legal Collections)

Location: Mexico; hybrid work. Relocation support is available to Mexico for employees and their families.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for automated legal collections.
• Design and launch workflows for case selection, document generation, filing, and status tracking.
• Improve recovery rate, cost per case, and time-to-resolution through product optimization.
• Build decisioning logic using data, segmentation, and scoring models, and lead A/B testing.
• Manage integrations with law firms, courts, and other external vendors.
• Work with Legal, Collections, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience owning a product area or key initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data, product metrics, and experiments to drive decisions.
• Experience with workflow-based or operational products and translating complex processes into product solutions.
• Experience working with engineering teams and managing stakeholders across functions.
• English at B2 level or higher is required.
