What you will do

• Own the product direction and roadmap for legal collections automation.
• Design and launch end-to-end automated workflows across the legal lifecycle, including case selection, document generation, and filing.
• Drive improvements in recovery rate, cost per case, and time-to-resolution metrics.
• Build and iterate on decisioning logic using data, segmentation, and scoring models.
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing to optimize product performance.
• Manage integrations with external law firms, courts, and vendors.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience owning product areas or key initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience building workflow-based or operational products.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into product solutions and work with engineering teams.
• English: B2 or higher required for communication with an international team.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mexico.
