TL;DR

Product Manager Lead (Fintech): Designing and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey for precollections and collections to recover assets while maintaining customer engagement with an accent on credit risk segmentation and channel orchestration. Focus on implementing data-driven recovery strategies and scaling automated self-service resolution flows.

Location: Hybrid in Mexico (Relocation support provided)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey across precollections and collections, from early risk signs to recovery.
  • Design proactive precollections strategies, including early-warning communications and self-service resolution flows.
  • Optimize channel orchestration across SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notifications, and IVR to improve contactability.
  • Develop and prioritize the collections product roadmap based on business impact and performance metrics.
  • Lead continuous experimentation through A/B testing to optimize messaging, timing, and customer offers.
  • Define and monitor key recovery metrics, including roll rates, cure rates, and cost-to-collect.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Customer Lifecycle, Credit Risk, or Lending Operations.
  • Proven background in banking or fintech, preferably in high-growth digital-first environments.
  • Experience designing and scaling customer journeys with measurable business impact.
  • Advanced analytical skills for working with delinquency, recovery, and segmentation data.
  • English: B2 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
  • Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mexico.
