PMO Manager - Business Modernization Program (ERP)

What you will do

• Establish and operate the Modernization program PMO, including governance structures, standards, and delivery cadence.
• Own program-level integrated planning, including the master schedule, milestones, and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Lead program-level risk, issue, and dependency management processes, facilitating mitigation and executive escalation.
• Produce executive-ready dashboards and status reporting to enable fact-based decision-making.
• Partner with Finance and system integrators to align scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Coach project managers on PMO processes and institutionalize best practices across the program lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within large-scale ERP implementation environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading a PMO for complex, multi-workstream ERP programs.
• Proven experience supporting full-cycle ERP implementations (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Hypercare).
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
