Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 CAD Annually

What you will do
- Develop and design permanent signage plans for the Hamilton LRT corridor, covering regulatory, warning, guide, and wayfinding signs.
- Prepare comprehensive sign placement plans, schedules, and technical design documentation.
- Integrate signage designs with roadway geometry, intersections, transit stops, and cycling facilities.
- Coordinate with roadway, traffic, and transit multidisciplinary teams to ensure corridor-wide design consistency.
- Review and apply the Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM) and municipal signing requirements to all deliverables.
- Participate in design reviews and stakeholder consultations to resolve signage-related issues.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in traffic engineering, transportation engineering, or roadway infrastructure design.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM) and municipal signage standards.
- Proficiency with CAD-based design software and transportation design workflows.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Toronto/Hamilton, Canada.
