Salary: $84,930 - $103,700 annually

What you will do

• Manage, analyze, and process survey data utilizing Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D.
• Create 3D surfaces, contours, alignments, and cross sections based on field data.
• Research survey records and land titles to identify property boundaries.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures for survey data and plans.
• Perform complex survey calculations including coordinates, volumes, and alignments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Geomatics Engineering Technology or GIS.
• Minimum 6 years of office experience as a Survey Technician and at least 1 year of field experience.
• Proficient working knowledge of BC legal surveys, traverse adjustments, and control network analysis.
• Extensive expertise in Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
• Strong ability to conduct complex survey calculations (coordinate geometry, volumes, etc.).
• Eligible for Registration as AScT or C.Tech. with ASTTBC.
