What you will do

• Provide end-to-end initiative delivery support, including gathering and defining requirements for solutions.
• Define project delivery approaches covering intake, conception, estimation, planning, and implementation.
• Develop project plans to align scope, time, cost, quality, and resource allocation.
• Perform regular delivery risk reviews and assist teams with escalations and resolutions.
• Manage project budgets in collaboration with the Business Office and Finance.
• Facilitate task prioritization and ensure the application of project management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination or project analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for negotiating with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in content creation and presenting to stakeholders and small/medium groups.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Information Security, Cyber Security, and Physical Security.
• Knowledge of Lean, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
• Working experience with Jira and Confluence.
