What you will do
- Direct the preparation of timely and accurate consolidated global financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS.
- Serve as the final authority on the interpretation and application of complex technical accounting policies across international entities.
- Design and maintain a robust global internal control framework with a strict focus on SOX compliance.
- Manage all global audit activities as the primary liaison for external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Partner with the CFO and CEO to provide strategic financial insights that guide global business growth.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, including the optimization of global ERP systems using an AI-first approach.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- CPA certification or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- At least 7 years in a senior leadership role (VP/SVP/CAO) overseeing global operations for a multinational publicly traded company.
- Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP/IFRS, SEC reporting, and SOX-compliant control environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or Master's is highly preferred.
