What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project charters, scope documents, and detailed resource plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams using tools like Jira, MS Project, and Trello to track milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee project budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, and vendor contract coordination.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify best practices and mentor junior project managers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Remote, CO).
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management within IT, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) and AI agent frameworks (e.g., Manus).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or CSM certification is strongly preferred.
