What you will do

• Identify root causes of test failures, perform diagnostics, and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
• Perform precision placement and soldering of small electronic components onto printed circuit boards.
• Conduct part-by-part visual inspections of electronic components and assemblies using microscopes.
• Operate vibration tables and product-specific test stands.
• Maintain production and testing documentation and organize Test Lab equipment.
• Follow ESD control procedures to ensure a compliant work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Must be a US Person or a non-US Person eligible to obtain required Export Authorization.
• Ability to pass an eye exam and visually inspect parts through a microscope.
• Controlled hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination for manipulating tiny components.
• Ability to read and follow production procedures.

Nice to have

• 1+ year experience working in electronic circuit board assembly.
• 1+ year experience in hand soldering electronics.
• Ability to handle critical feedback professionally.
