What you will do

• Analyze transaction structures to identify counterparties and conduct risk analysis focused on AML and financial crime.
• Review complex entity ownership and control structures, including fund vehicles, SPVs, partnerships, and trusts.
• Coordinate the gathering of necessary documentation for KYC reviews with deal teams, legal, and counterparties.
• Ensure transactions adhere to AML/CTF regulations, internal policies, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with clients' legal and compliance teams to resolve issues early and avoid closing delays.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in a legal sector role, internship, or graduate position.
• Working knowledge of legal administration, document review, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a methodical approach to complex structures.
• Precise and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fund structures and offshore jurisdictions such as Cayman or Luxembourg.
• Experience with KYC screening tools like WorldCheck, Refinitiv, or RDC.
• ICA or ACAMS certification.
