What you will do

• Lead the product team across R&D, Science & Regulatory, and Product Development to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Drive innovation strategy and roadmap, identifying emerging ingredients and consumer opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of efficacious, compliant, and science-backed formulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute winning go-to-market strategies.
• Scale quality, consistency, and supply chain resilience within the product development process.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive product experience.
• 5+ years leading a product or R&D organization within supplements, functional food, or CPG categories.
• Deep expertise in formulation science, ingredient sourcing, and regulatory affairs in the food/supplement space.
• Proven track record of scaling consumer products from concept to commercialization.
• Strong commercial instincts to align product decisions with brand growth and margins.
