What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences, including user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Own the design of the operational platform for managing live broadcast graphics.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to validate ideas and ensure technical feasibility.
• Create consumer-facing second-screen experiences for live voting and fan engagement.
• Maintain and evolve the internal design system for product consistency.
• Champion usability and accessibility throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking and high-quality interfaces.
• Experience with workflow-heavy, operational, or SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Understanding of accessibility principles and user-centered design.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time or time-critical environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
• Understanding of data flows in digital products.
• Interest in sports, entertainment, or live media.
