What you will do

• Define and evolve the product's information architecture to ensure intuitive navigation and consistency across web and mobile.
• Establish and maintain core UX patterns and structural frameworks that serve as foundations for other product teams.
• Design end-to-end user experiences, managing the full cycle from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.
• Collaborate with design system teams and engineers to ensure solutions are technically feasible and reusable.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify opportunities and validate design hypotheses.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and human-centered design principles throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or information architecture within complex software environments.
• Proven track record of designing intuitive and scalable user experiences for sophisticated digital products.
• Deep expertise in information architecture and cross-platform design for both web and mobile.
• Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• English: Professional proficiency (minimum B2 level) required.
• Location: Must be based in Switzerland.
