What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple key contacts within client organizations.
- Drive the contract renewal process to ensure business retention and exceed growth targets.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
- Collaborate with trading and support teams to monitor and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Monitor customer performance against SLAs and report findings via KPI reports.
- Manage customer and contract data within Salesforce/CRM to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in a B2B commercial role.
- Experience contributing to end-to-end sales processes for high-value, strategic deals.
- Strong analytical skills and high technical proficiency in Excel and Salesforce (or other CRM systems).
- Willingness to travel internationally, sometimes on short notice.
- Passion for sports and/or the sports betting industry.
- Must be based in London, UK.
