Customer Success Manager (Sportsbook): Managing the customer lifecycle and ensuring satisfaction for sportsbook clients in the EMEA region with an accent on account growth and contract renewals. Focus on identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and solving complex technical/operational problems to ensure long-term retention.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple key contacts within client organizations.
  • Drive the contract renewal process to ensure business retention and exceed growth targets.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
  • Collaborate with trading and support teams to monitor and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Monitor customer performance against SLAs and report findings via KPI reports.
  • Manage customer and contract data within Salesforce/CRM to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven success in a B2B commercial role.
  • Experience contributing to end-to-end sales processes for high-value, strategic deals.
  • Strong analytical skills and high technical proficiency in Excel and Salesforce (or other CRM systems).
  • Willingness to travel internationally, sometimes on short notice.
  • Passion for sports and/or the sports betting industry.
  • Must be based in London, UK.
