Location: Remote (Must align with 8 AM - 5 PM PST schedule)

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain HIPAA-compliant healthcare websites using WordPress or similar platforms.
- Create and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Local Service) and Meta Ads campaigns to drive patient acquisition.
- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Develop content calendars and manage social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and report on KPIs including CPC, conversion rates, and marketing ROI using Google Analytics and Search Console.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and website management.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO.
- Experience with website platforms such as WordPress or Wix.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and track ROI.
- Availability to work 8 AM - 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
