What you will do

• Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
• Use data-driven insights to analyze performance and refine strategies.
• Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
• Implement proprietary program and campaign setups to align with agency systems.
• Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, comfortable with video calls.
• Willingness to learn new systems and approaches unique to the client’s processes.
• Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa and available during 9 am to 5 pm MT.
