What you will do

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, positioning, and key messaging for dentistry events.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns and report on performance KPIs and results.
  • Manage the creative design process for all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create campaigns for new client growth and retention.
  • Lead audience development plans and manage outbound communication to customers.
  • Oversee community building and social media strategies to drive brand engagement and affinity.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided for this role.
  • Fluent English proficiency with excellent professional writing skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale project management and managing direct reports.
  • Proficiency with CRM, CMS, email marketing, and marketing automation software.
  • Solid experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance for email marketing.
